Manchester Oriental Organisaitons Alliance

Aim :

                To seek every opportunity in enhancing the benefit and services for the Oriental Community in Manchester Region.  To promote equality and diversity while remaining neutral from all religious and political issues.

Objectives:

1.                  To establish and maintain close contact between organisations working for the Oriental Community

2.                  To share expertise and experience in working with agencies, council and other organisations to benefit our community

3.                  To support partner members when seeking to expand and bid for funding and services from the Government

4.                  To promote existing Chinese based services available in Greater Manchester and assist in linking the Oriental Communities to them.

5.                  To consult, discuss, plan and work in partnership with members and to get the best result possible from any project and special initiative in social regeneration, social exclusion combat, anti-racism campaign, capacity building, career development and training and entrepreneur support.
